Wet lab #1 is a laboratory space with tables, chairs, and extensive counter space with flow-through water to accommodate large class groups and multiple research projects simultaneously.

- 3 large wet tables with flow-through seawater.
- 3 large acrylic storage and display tanks with dividers allowing live specimens to be kept separate.
- Freshwater sink and hose.
- 12 replicate experimental tanks.
- Other storage tanks available behind the lab.

Wet lab #2 is a small research wet lab directly adjacent to the dry laboratory that can be configured with a wet table, several smaller tanks, or a large work surface.

- Freshwater sink and counter.
- Photoperiod control.
- Additional laboratory equipment available in adjacent dry lab.
- DSL available.
- Flow through seawater with optional secondary filter.
- Air-conditioned.

Wet lab #3 is located near at the Northeast end of the facility. Equipped with multiple seawater intakes and drain pipes, the lab can be configured in a variety of ways with replicate tanks, wet tables or holding tanks. Some dry storage is also available in the lab.
